How to buy a monthly pass for Snabb parking lot?
Download/open the Snabb app to buy a monthly pass
Find the parking lot in the app where you want to buy a monthly pass
When you select a car park, the option “Buy monthly pass” is displayed (if no such option is displayed in the view, then unfortunately no monthly passes will be sold to that car park).
Selecting “Buy a monthly pass” will display an overview of the monthly card’s cost and more detailed information.
Check that you have entered a valid payment method in the app and that it is activated.
Press the “Confirm subscription” button and confirm the purchase of your monthly pass.
Monthly pass will be valid as soon as the payment is made
What to consider when buying a monthly pass?
To purchase a monthly pass, a valid payment method must be added to the app. Mobile payments (M-makse) and Snabb credit cannot be used to purchase a monthly pass.
If you purchase a monthly pass in the middle of a calendar month, it will remain valid until the end of that same month. The fee is calculated proportionally for the days remaining until the end of the month at the time of purchase. For example, if you purchase the pass on the 20th and the full price is 30€, you will pay 10€ for the remaining days of that month.
The monthly pass is activated immediately after the first payment is made.
The pass renews automatically at the beginning of each month, with an automatic payment attempted on the 5th day of the month (using the same payment method that was used for the initial purchase). If the first payment fails, the system will attempt another payment on the 7th. If that also fails, the monthly pass will be canceled.
You can also cancel your monthly pass in the app by going to the “Vehicles and Permits” page, clicking on your monthly pass, and selecting “Cancel subscription.” Once canceled, the pass remains valid until the end of the current billing period (i.e., until the last day of the current month). No refunds are made if you cancel in the middle of the month. Please note that cancellations made mid-month are not eligible for a refund.
