Zunda Towers, one of Riga’s most iconic real estate developments, has chosen Snabb as its official parking partner starting March 1, 2026. Snabb will take over the management of the entire parking facility, which spans 4 floors and offers 641 spaces. With the opening of the new 5-star hotel at the end of 2026, hotel guests will also benefit from the solution, further elevating convenience and comfort for everyone visiting or living at Zunda Towers

With one of the largest underground parking facilities in the Baltics, Zunda Towers has consistently invested in advanced technologies to provide a seamless experience for its community. In a complex of this scale, automated and smart solutions are not just a convenience but a necessity. Partnering with Snabb builds on this approach by introducing new solutions such as digital tenant parking and hotel guest prebooking, a service that has already proven successful at S/c Origo, Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel, and Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel in Riga.
According to Aigars Gerhards, COO of Zunda Towers, client service and comfort have always been central to the company’s vision. “Our underground parking facility has long been equipped with advanced technologies to ensure a seamless experience for our tenants and guests. Partnering with Snabb is a natural continuation of our strategy to work with partners who share our values of excellence and innovation. We are confident that together we will make parking not only smarter but also more intuitive and user-friendly,” Gerhards noted.
For Snabb, the agreement marks a significant milestone in its expansion. Snabb is growing rapidly by increasing revenue for real estate projects through effective digital solutions and by enabling multiple payment methods, including the Mobilly app. Zunda Towers is a strong showcase of how digital parking can add value for property owners and their tenants. Kustas Kõiv, CEO of Snabb, highlighted the importance of this partnership. “Zunda Towers is an excellent example of forward-looking development in Riga, and we are honored to be part of it. This collaboration supports our ambition to grow in Latvia and to show how digital parking can add real value for residents, tenants, and hotel guests,” Kõiv said.
