To ensure greater convenience for drivers, the A-class office complex VERDE has recently announced the start of cooperation with the parking operator Snabb.
The office complex’s parking area is divided into two levels — an underground zone reserved for VERDE tenants and a ground-level area open to all visitors. The parking operates with a license plate recognition system and features digital screens, making parking even more accessible, convenient, and user-friendly.
VERDE is Latvia’s greenest office complex. Its first phase was opened in the summer of 2022, and the second phase followed last spring. The complex consists of two office buildings with a total area of 45,000 m², including underground parking. VERDE stands out for its lush greenery and plants in the lobbies, spacious fifth-floor terraces, and inner courtyard. The complex embodies sustainable architecture, combining A-class energy efficiency with modern smart building management solutions. Through the partnership with Snabb, innovative digital solutions will now also be available to office complex visitors who travel around the capital by car.

Snabb began operations in Latvia this spring, focusing on innovative, sustainable, and user-friendly parking management. In addition to VERDE’s parking facilities, Snabb also manages all parking lots of the leading Baltic real estate developer “Linstow Baltic” in Riga, where modern digital solutions are provided. At VERDE’s parking complex, customers can choose the most convenient payment method — the Snabb or Mobilly mobile apps or the on-site payment station. In addition, Snabb provides complete performance reports for parking operations to maximize efficiency, including data on the most in-demand hours, number of users, and issued fines.
