Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager to join our team, who will design, develop, and implement Snabb’s technical solutions across the Baltics. The work is technically exciting, highly impactful, and delivers fast feedback!

What will you be doing?

• Preparing technical projects for parking lots, car washes, and EV chargers;
• Communicating quickly with different stakeholders to ensure on-time installation of Snabb equipment;
• Keeping a written overview of all existing and upcoming projects, including schedules;
• Coordinating cabling work, Snabb equipment orders, installations, and resolving ongoing issues swiftly;
• Providing fast and efficient technical solutions for operational projects.

What do we expect from you?

• Strong technical skills and at least 3 years of project management experience; 
• Independence and a sense of responsibility – your solutions will be used by hundreds of thousands of customers;
• Strong communication skills, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process;
• Ability to assert yourself and ensure that installations are completed on time;
• Ability to prioritize tasks while handling unexpected situations and changes;
• Willingness to work in an international environment, travel abroad, and communicate fluently in English.
