In addition, Snabb integrated its system with <strong>AutoMaster software<\/strong>, enabling vehicles booked for service to receive extended free parking. According to Snabb\u2019s <strong>CTO Ott Reinhold<\/strong>, this innovation makes visits more convenient for both customers and dealerships while saving time.<br\/>&#8220;The solution is seamless for customers \u2014 there\u2019s no need to use a parking clock or kiosk because vehicles are automatically detected upon entry, and the free parking time starts immediately. The integration of Snabb\u2019s technology with AutoMaster ensures that vehicles with scheduled maintenance receive free parking for the entire duration of their service.\u201d Reinhold added.&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<p>The integration also benefits dealership staff by removing the need to manually enter license plates into the parking system. With up to <strong>60-70 vehicles registered<\/strong> for service daily at one location, this <strong>saves staff around an hour of work per day.<\/strong> Additionally, it reduces the risk of errors from manual input.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Why this matters for customers? <\/strong>Firstly, customers no longer need to use a parking clock or kiosk. <strong>Around 90% of parking fines are due to forgetting to set the parking clock<\/strong>, which often leaves a negative impression of the visit. With automatic camera-based vehicle recognition, customers don\u2019t need to take extra steps, and the risk of parking fines is greatly minimized.
