Mehis Pass, who has been managing the traffic management company AS Signaal™ for the past four years, has been appointed as the head of the parking business at Snabb (formerly Barking), a technology company providing parking and car wash services. Prior to that, Pass was the administrative and service manager at EuroPark Estonia for 12 years. The goal is to build Snabb into the largest parking network in the Baltics in the next 5 years.

Passi, who has extensive experience in the industry, says that joining Snabb is an attractive and motivating challenge. The choice was made primarily because the company’s development has been impressive and the innovative technological parking solutions they offer will be in great demand in the future. “It was clear to me already in the first week of work that Snabb has great potential to become the largest and best parking company in the Baltics in the coming years, because the cornerstones of the company are customer focus, the right values, and the existing development team that has developed awesome parking products.”
“Landowners’ needs and customer expectations have become more unique and demanding. It is no longer enough to simply place a sign at the entrance to a parking lot and issue fines to those who violate parking regulations. The focus is on innovative and personalized technical solutions that support the landowner’s daily business operations. We sincerely believe that a good customer-friendly parking solution with the best service will be decisive in the market,” said Pass.
Mehis Pass, who previously worked at EuroPark and Signal, wants to build the largest parking network in the Baltics from Snabb in the next 5 years. “I have previously contributed to EuroPark becoming the leader in the Estonian parking market, and with a good team, I am ready to repeat it.”
According to Snabb founder Kustas Kõivu, Passi’s joining is an important step for the company in fulfilling its goals. “We have grown rapidly, but we want to keep the team small and operate efficiently. Mehis’ joining will help us continue on this course, as his field knowledge is one of the best in the Baltics, which will allow us to build automated solutions with our technological competence,” added Kõiv.
