Latvia’s Most Popular Payment App Mobilly Expands to Estonia

Mobilly, a mobile payment solution with over one million users, is expanding to Estonia this summer with the help of Snabb. From summer 2025, users will be able to pay for parking in all Snabb-operated lots across Estonia using the Mobilly app.

Snabb entered the Latvian market in early April and partnered with Mobilly to provide drivers with even more convenient and accessible parking options. As a result of this collaboration, drivers can now use the Mobilly app to pay in five Snabb parking lots located in central Riga. Starting in the summer of 2025, this partnership will also extend to Estonia, allowing users to pay for parking with the popular Latvian app in all Snabb-managed parking areas.

“Mobilly is a well-known and trusted name in Latvia with a large user base. That’s why it was a natural step to integrate Mobilly as a payment option in our parking lots – both in Latvia and Estonia. Especially during the summer season, when many Latvians travel to Pärnu or other Estonian cities, this makes their experience much more convenient,” explained Snabb CEO Kustas Kõiv.

Mobilly is one of the most popular mobile payment platforms in Latvia, widely used for everyday services, including parking. The partnership with Snabb extends access to parking services in both countries and supports the development of smarter and more seamless urban mobility.

“We’re pleased to see an innovative, customer-focused parking company like Snabb entering the Latvian market. Thanks to this partnership, Mobilly users can now easily pay for parking in Estonia as well, and Snabb’s new parking locations in Latvia are even more accessible,” commented Mobilly CEO Ģirts Slaviņš.

Snabb launched in Latvia on April 1, introducing a digital, license plate-based parking system focused on ease of use and efficiency. In Latvia, Snabb operates all parking lots owned by Linstow Baltic, including those at the Origo shopping center, Origo One business center, Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel, as well as the SPORTA 2 and Lastādija quarters.
